I'm sorry but as a dancer myself the time for dancers to warm up is in the dressing room while getting ready!!! If it really takes your girls a couple hours to warm up and they don't approach customers until then than how do you expect customers to sit around waiting for the girls to "warm up"??? When I get to work I begin mingling with customers right away, that is in fact our jobs right???
Their is no reason for all girls to be sitting around when customers are around but especially when the customers are tipping!!! I hate to say it but the girls needing time to "warm up" is one of the saddest excuses i have ever heard...
